Community Scholarship Application

Seniors must submit the community scholarship application and turn in the parent signature page by the deadline of January 19, 2017 by 4:00 p.m. to be eligible to apply for community scholarships this year. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Whitson in the scholarship office.

Parent Statement/Signature Page

You are also required to complete and print out a copy of the Parent Statement/Signature Page (which can be downloaded here: Parent Statement Docx Version or Parent Statement PDF Version) sign it, have your parent/guardian sign it, and upload it to your application. Once uploaded, submit the completed form with the original signatures of you and your parent/guardian to Mrs. Whitson by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 19. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THE PRINTED AND SIGNED SIGNATURE PAGE SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE

You are required to upload of a copy of your 7-semester transcript to the application.  In January 2017, Mrs. Whitson will get a digital copy of your transcript - she will print you a copy that you will upload to your application.

You are required to upload a copy of your highest ACT score report. Access your highest ACT score from the website and click "Download Student Score Report PDF" (top right) to save a copy of your ACT score report.

Please remember that completing the application does not mean that you have applied for a scholarship. You MUST check the scholarship list (on the HHS Scholarship Website, via Remind or in the counseling office) for scholarships that you qualify for and then tell Mrs. Whitson you wish to apply for the scholarship.  If you do not tell Mrs. Whitson to submit your application, your application will not be submitted!
